Project Introduction

• Signority App is to revolutionize document signing and management for businesses through technology, design, and data.

• The product had some problems on User experience and User interface before I joined the company.
  I redesigned the product and solved the problems with my professional UX/UI knowledge with research I made based on customers' feedbacks, data from intercom and marketing requirements.

Key accomplishment:

• New design released in Two days, new sign up increased from 28% to 50%

• Successfully enhanced user interface usability and accessibility, achieved simplification of steps for users, and made user experience more user friendly, including satisfactory resolution of clients issues

• Improved clients and investors satisfaction nearly 85% for UX/UI design, achieving project goal expectations
